When making a reservation, it is considered that you have full knowledge of the policies of the #LosPinos Agroecotourism Park.
Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge sharing the existing bed.
Children over 5 years of age are counted as an adult.
Every day we work to provide you with the best accommodation service, but even so, there are eventualities that may force you to suspend or modify the reservations made in our park. We want to guarantee that our efforts are aimed at achieving effective solutions, which is why we offer you below the Refund Policy, modification and cancellation of our services.
RESERVATION POLICIES
Hours of entry to the Park for those who are going to stay: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Those who arrive after 8:00 pm will have to pay a surcharge of $15,000 for the group.
Optional accompaniment by a guide has an additional cost of $15,000.
For no reason will entry to the park be allowed after 8:00 PM.
Feeding Hours Sheepfold, Alpines and Glampines.
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Full refund of the reserved plan, within a period of max. 14 full days prior to reservation date.
For a 50% refund of the plan price, cancellation must be made 5 full days prior to reservation date.
If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, or does not arrive, no refund will be made.
Cancellation Policy due to force majeure
Situations that we consider valid for a cancellation due to force majeure:
Major natural disasters affecting the place of destination.
Urgent travel restrictions or serious security alerts published by the competent national authorities (such as, for example, a ministry or other Public Administration body) on the date of entry to the accommodation.
Endemic disease declared by a reliable national or international authority.
Serious property damage or maintenance issues that directly affect the property's ability to ensure a safe stay.
*Possible problems for which we were not directly responsible are excluded. Eg: occasional suspension of some supply (eg: electricity, water, internet) by the company responsible for it due to a specific problem/fault in the area.
Civil obligations imposed on the accommodation by the authorities after the date of making the reservation (eg: closure or cessation of activity).
The cancellation policy applies always and without exceptions.
REFUND POLICIES
A refund will only be made in the case of errors attributable to Parque Agroecoturístico Los Pinos and which would be the following cases:
When a higher charge has been made than the charge that would correspond to the type of room that the guest has reserved.
When the number of nights that the guest was charged exceeds the number of nights that the guest has stayed.
When, in accordance with the Cancellation Policies of Parque Agroecoturístico Los Pinos, the guest is entitled to receive a refund.
ALL reimbursement will be made exclusively by means of a bank deposit or electronic transfer directly to the client's account. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
Refunds can take from 5 to 15 days before being reflected in the client's account statement. If not, please contact our accounting department to verify the status of your refund.
MODIFICATION POLICIES
If you wish to modify the date of your reservation, you must inform our offices. Telephone 3217536667, 72 hours before taking the service to avoid the following sanction:
When the user does not show up or does not use the agreed services, he will incur a penalty established in article 65 of Law 300 of 1996.
