Exchange and/or refund policies.

Los Pinos Parque Agroecoturístico has a deadline to receive a request for a return and/or exchange of a product up to 15 calendar days after the date on which the product is delivered to the defined address.

The changes will be made as long as the product to be exchanged is in perfect condition and the following is met:

- The product should not have been tested and/or used (except in case of exchange due to failure).

- It must be complete, with all its accessories and in perfect conditions of conservation of the packaging and the product.

- In case of change due to failure or breakdown of the product, it must have been used correctly and for the use for which it was manufactured.

- No changes will be made if the misuse of the product is verified

- Unless otherwise specified in the product description, all products are for domestic use and under no circumstances will support be given if they are used for another purpose.

 Causes of change:

 The change policy operates on three events:

  1.    Product delivered is not the one requested.

  2.    Product delivered defective.

  3.     Voluntary change: Applies to products that, due to size, size or customer decision, require change.

 Procedure

  1.  The customer must send an email to tiendaonline@lospinos.net.co  the respective request and attaching the images of the product that they wish to exchange and/or return in which view the complete product, barcode, expiration date and QR code (Unique code that identifies that the product was dispatched from lospinos.co)

  2.  If the change is voluntary, the customer must bear the shipping costs as appropriate with the policy for their city and the weight of the product to be changed.

  3.  The communication response time will be 24 to 48 business hours after the report email is sent.

  4.  To proceed with the change, the extra costs that it generates must be paid (Excess due to difference in product value and freight)

  5.   Changes and/or returns within Neiva are made from one to two business days, after the report email is sent. For the rest of the country the time will be according to the destination city.

 

Return policy:

The returns or withdrawal of the purchase and therefore refund of money operate only for cases in which mejorconmascotas.com fails to comply with the delivery policies.
