Congratulations, Petition, Complaints, Claims and Suggestions (FPQRS)
The FPQRS are a tool that promotes good management of the #LosPinos Agroecotourism Park tourist destination by providing an efficient service that guarantees that all congratulations, requests, complaints, claims and suggestions presented by visitors, tourists and community before the administration, are developed within a specific order as part of its commitment to sustainability and the quality of the provision of good service and operation.
Congratulations: is the expression that expresses pleasure or satisfaction with an official or with the process that generates the service.
Petition: is any expression of agreement or disagreement with the products and/or services offered by the entity. It is also any expression of proposal or request for information that any person requires.
Complaint: is the verbal or written manifestation of dissatisfaction made by a natural or legal person or their representative regarding the conduct or actions of an official.
Complaint: is the verbal or written manifestation of dissatisfaction made by a natural or legal person about the non-compliance or irregularity of any of the characteristics of the products or services offered.
Suggestion: is a proposal made by a user or institution to improve services.
